What are the benefits of using TUKA Curtains for my home?
TUKA is reinventing the home furnishing market in the Middle East. Our customers love and know our brand TUKA for its affordable, stylish and hassle-free design and furnishing experience. TUKA Curtains provides the same loved experience and in particular:
- Premium Fabric Quality: TUKA Curtains uses premium fabrics and is known for high quality, great texture, and durable fabrics, ensuring that your home not only looks elegant but also withstands the test of time.
While it is known that ready-made curtains will often fray or fade quicker, requiring more regular replacement, even custom-made curtains do not automatically guarantee quality. The difference between looking cheap and classy is a very thin line — or we should say a very thin lining. Unlined curtains tend to look cheap, wrinkly, and rushed. TUKA Curtains stands for premium fabrics, ensuring high quality, unique patterns, textures, and finishes that reflect the latest trends in interior design.
- Great Value-for-Money: While “making a beautiful home accessible to everyone and anyone” is in TUKA’s DNA we do not compromise on quality: Great Value-for-Money applies also to TUKA Curtains. Our pricing is fair and very transparent: Check our Curtain Price-Calculator to get a close estimate for your custom-made curtains.
- Hassle-free “1-click” experience: Once you book your Free Visit, TUKA Curtains turns your experience into the most convenient furnishing experience in the Middle East. Our TUKA Curtains’ team will visit you on your selected day and time slot. Our knowledgeable team guides you through the selection process from providing advice on design, functionality, and other considerations to taking the measurement and providing your custom quote. If you wish to proceed our team will take care of the rest: Enjoy your new curtains
How long does it take to receive the curtains and have them installed by the TUKA Curtains team?
From the Free Visit appointment until the installation, it will take approximately 1 to 3 working days, assuming that you proceed on the same day with the quotation. A high unexpected demand might result in a slight delay in high peak times.
How long does the curtain installation process itself take on the day of delivery and installation?
The time for the installation process itself depends on the amount and size of windows, however, most installations take typically about 2 hours to complete. For the whole process from consultation to installation, please refer to the previous question.
Do I need to take my own measurement for the windows?
No. Our team will measure your windows to ensure a professional and high-quality installation, leaving no room for errors. All you need to do: Book a Free Visit and enjoy a free consultation and measurement at your home.
If you would like to estimate the price in our Curtain Price-Calculator you can measure or estimate the dimensions of your windows prior.
Can I return a curtain order or get refunded?
As our curtains are custom and made-to-order, meaning we have purchased the materials and our technician worked on them to fit your specific requirements, they cannot be exchanged or returned. However, if curtains are damaged or defective, we will offer immediate resolutions.
Should curtains be lighter or darker than the walls?
Either option can look great. Many designers often play around with shades of curtains that are lighter or darker than the walls. Darker colors add warmth to the room, while lighter colors often make the space feel a little larger and airier. Hard to imagine and decide? Book a Free Visit to enjoy a free consultation. We will bring an overview of products/styles/colors/etc. to your home, so that you can get a better idea of how your home will look like with your choice of curtains.
How far in advance do I need to book a Free Visit?
Usually, you can book your Free Visit within 24h only. Check our booking form to see our next available slot.
What’s the best way to clean curtains?
Our custom-made curtains should be dry cleaned or spot treated only. Machine washing your curtains can lead to tears or rips in the fabric due to the bulkiness and hooks on certain styles. Our team is more than happy to assist you with further questions.
