1. Payment: If you have chosen Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) as payment option, please ensure that the transfer of the funds has been initiated. Your order will only be booked and a delivery slot assigned once the payment of the outstanding amount has been credited on our bank account.
2. Delivery date confirmation: Once the order is placed and the payment has been received from our end, our operations team will contact you via email with the earliest available slot assigned for your delivery.
3. Move-in permit: Remember to request a move-in permit from your building management. Almost all buildings in the UAE require a move-in permit to allow the use of service lifts, access to delivery parking lots and allow delivery and installation of furniture.

   Kindly ensure that a move-in permit has been issued and full access to the property is granted. If the access is denied on the day of the delivery a 500 AED rescheduling fee applies.

No. Each furniture package is pre-curated and designed to provide a specific style (e.g., Silver Star, Bohemian Posh). Our interior design experts have already carefully designed the furniture pieces that allow you to create the specific style and ambiance. You only need to choose your preferred style and select the home size. Furnishing your entire home with very good taste was never so easy: it takes literally 1-click.

Yes. While we do not recommend mixing different items from different styles, we can assist you if that is your desire. All you need to do is contact our team with your request. They will inform you about the potential price difference.

Kindly keep in mind that while buyers often believe they have a great taste, when furnishing a full luxury home, the opposite is often true. Coherent package-led furnishing usually performs better for both visual result and long-term use.

The setup itself is completed within 24 hours at the time of delivery.

With the placement and payment clearance of an order (in case of Direct Bank Transfer, once funds are credited to our bank account), the delivery will be scheduled within 3-7 business days. Our team will contact you via email with the earliest available slot assigned for your delivery and align on building access approvals prior to the delivery.

Dubai and Sharjah: Free delivery of the furniture is included in every package.

Other Emirates: For deliveries in the other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain) a delivery charge applies upon check-out.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, just contact our customer support to find a new date. The following conditions apply:

• No charges if you reschedule more than 48 hours before the delivery date
• 500 AED if you reschedule less than 48 hours before the delivery date

Basic assembly is included in all our packages which means that furniture will be assembled.

However, if you do not have the time & energy to manage the entire furnishing of your luxury unit, you can opt for our Full Turn-Key service so we take the hassle & stress away. We get the keys of the unit (or access to unit), receive the delivery on your behalf, unpack each single item, assemble the furniture, place and prepare the accessories (e.g., bedsheet, towels), set up the whole apartment and clean out all the boxes.

Our packages are pre-curated by our interior design experts to perfectly fit your home size. Studio packages focus on compact layouts. One-bedroom packages add a dedicated bedroom with larger living and dining setups. For two-bedroom and larger units, living and dining setups scale with additional bedrooms. Yes. An Easy Instalment Plan (EIP) may be available at checkout for eligible UAE-issued credit cards, with bank terms shown during payment. Pre-requisite for an Easy Instalment Plan is a Credit Card issued by a UAE bank. For items purchased on our TUKANOW item store: We offer a free return for any reason at the time of the delivery; thus, we encourage you to check the items at the time of delivery. You will be refunded for the order amount excluding any delivery charges and transaction fees (if applicable). Please note that returns will not be possible after delivery.

For Luxury Furniture Packages purchased on TUKA: Kindly note that for our very affordable Furniture Packages there is no return policy.

If an item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for an exchange of the item. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo of the original item to be exchanged.
