Everyone who wants to live in the apartment later should come to the viewing. Everyone should make their own personal impression. The agent or landlord also wants to get to know all potential tenants.

If possible, you can also bring a neutral outside person with you. Four eyes see more than two. In addition, someone who is not involved in the decision can give you an objective look at the pros and cons of the property.

During the inspection, you should definitely look out for defects in addition to the points already mentioned above.

  • How is the insulation?
